4 Mobility Workouts
Every other week you will recieve a new mobility workout that consists of 4 movements. These workouts can & should be done everyday for the best results. At a minimum, work to repeat it 2-3x per week. By the end of the 8 weeks you will have 16 new mobility movements in your back pocket ready to use!

Weekly Assignments
This program intends to overhaul your daily movement habits. Each week you will be given a new assignment to be done daily. Each week will build off the previous one to help you create a quick & powerful movement routine that will keep your joints & tissues functioning at their highest level!

Additional Information
On top of the workouts and assignments, you will be given two simple active assessments to be used as a gauge of improvement from week 1 to week 8. You will also get access to our private facebook group where you will have direct contact with our Omnevo coaches. You will have a new perspective on what your body is capable of after the 8 weeks!
